HealthWorks! offers professional development for school teachers and staff!
We are offering four sessions this summer, focusing on two topics. These sessions will help you build your teaching toolkit, make connections with fellow educators, spark inspiration for back-to-school lesson plans, and get excited for the coming school year!
June 12 and July 11, 9 AM-3PM (0.5 CEUs)
Teaching, Review, and Assessment: Game On!
Teachers will explore how to teach new content, review previously taught skills, and assess formatively through game-based classroom experiences. Great for teachers of all grade levels, because here at HealthWorks! we’ve learned that kids of all ages love to play!
June 26 and July 18, 9 AM-3PM (0.5 CEUs)

This includes ideas for brain breaks, culture-building physical activities, and healthy classroom habits.
Cost: $25 pre-registered; $30 day of *Get a $5 discount on your second session. If completing for CEU credit, educator will be responsible for sending application and $20 to MSU; application available at HW!
